Refund Policy

Try first, pay after
Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Use it on live sessions or in replay. If the tools are not for you, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Monthly subscription
Monthly payments are not refunded once the period has started. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month already paid.
Annual subscription
If you change your mind within 14 days of your first annual payment, write to us and we refund it in full. After 14 days, annual payments are not refunded; you keep access until the end of the year paid. Renewals are not refunded, but you receive a reminder by email 7 days before each annual renewal.
Chartbook (one-time purchase)
The chartbook is a digital file delivered immediately. Once it has been downloaded, it cannot be refunded.
Technical problems
If the studies do not work on your setup and we cannot fix it with you within a reasonable time, we refund the last payment. This also applies if you are charged by mistake, for example after cancelling.
How to ask
Write to contact@theorderflowreader.com with the email used for the purchase. Refunds are issued by our payment provider, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Access to the studies ends when the refund is issued.
