What we collect and why

- Newsletter
- Only if you opt in: product news and new videos. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link.
- Site statistics
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, country, browser), no cookie and no personal profile.
We never receive your card details: payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it

- MailerLite: sending transactional emails and newsletters.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting this website.
- Sierra Chart Engineering: your username is entered in Sierra Chart's authorization system for custom studies.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union. Transfers rely on the safeguards provided by GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by French law.
- Trial data of people who did not subscribe: 1 year, to prevent repeated trials.
- Free tool downloads without newsletter opt-in: 2 years after the request.
